If you are looking for something new, challenging, and fun to incorporate into your yoga practice, I highly recommend Susan's class. Definitely learned a lot about myself and built some new confidence around something that looked so intimidating before! Thank you, Susan!

The accountability classes were different from what I had expected, but I LOVED them so much! I was expecting more alignment, and handstand specific classes, but I ended up really liking the HIIT style because it helped not only build my strength + stamina, but worked my cardio! (Something I've been missing in my typical yoga practice). Susan is also incredibly approachable and I always feel like I can ask her any questions I need. Thank you so much!

The first class I was sweating my brains out with the tabata work and could barely kick off the ground. But, after doing the drills and some wall work between classes, I was able to get up and even hold for 36 seconds!
